Paint A Riso Style Witch in Procreate

Risograph and screen print art looks like it needs real ink, a press and years of practice. It doesn’t. In this tutorial I build a little Halloween witch in Procreate with the Two Ink Rule: two colors, two Multiply layers, and textures doing all the shading. No opacity, no third swatch, no muddy colors.
